MadWorld Conference

Looking Back on 2025

As we step into 2026, it’s worth celebrating the incredible momentum we built together at MadCap this past year.

From the conversations and insights shared at MadWorld to ongoing customer feedback, one message came through clearly: teams are being asked to scale content, support more products, and prepare for AI.

In response, MadCap delivered dozens of powerful enhancements and platform updates with one goal: empowering teams to work smarter, simplify complexity, and scale content operations with confidence.

A few of the biggest highlights:

Flare Desktop strengthened its position as the trusted standard for large-scale documentation, enabling predictable reuse, publishing, and downstream delivery, so teams can support more outputs without increasing effort.

Flare Online redefined real-time collaboration and connected workflows, helping distributed teams move faster with the same resources.

IXIA CCMS advanced structured content operations with deeper governance. We focused on improving translation workflows and introducing early AI assisted capabilities to support more efficient, controlled authoring at scale.

Syndicate continued to mature as a delivery and knowledge layer, helping organizations distribute trusted content across portals, applications, and AI powered experiences, including RAG based use cases.

Here’s to building on this momentum in 2026—together, we’re shaping the future of content operations.

A Faster Path from Flare to DITA-based CCMS

As content grows, some teams reach a point where moving to structured authoring makes sense. MadCap helps Flare users get there faster.

Because we understand how Flare content is structured, teams get a head start transitioning to the IXIA CCMS, rather than transforming all their unstructured content on their own or rebuilding everything from scratch.

The move to structured content still requires planning and some transformation work, but the MadCap approach reduces the effort and shortens time to value. It gives teams a clearer, more supported path from Flare to IXIA when they are ready to scale.

Moving to DITA was a wise decision by upper-management, who foresaw the cost-savings in using XML in our documentation process. But it was not until implementing MadCap Software's DITA CCMS solution that we were able to realize the full promise of DITA.

AMD Scales Technical Content with a IXIA CCMS

AMD leveraged MadCap IXIA CCMS to centralize and manage its complex global technical documentation. By replacing fragmented tools with a unified component content management system, AMD improved author collaboration, reduced content redundancy, and accelerated delivery of product information across international teams.

The result was higher consistency, faster content cycles, and stronger support for a diverse portfolio of products.
